This page is a troubleshooting guide for the problem where the value listed on CED is not matching with that in the generated CSV.
Applicable in CAST Version
Release | Yes/No |

8.3.x |
Action Plan
- If you are getting N/A in Complexity column while the PRI has a valid value in the CSV export file from the view Violation List of Violation View page then -
In the generated file the PRI value is seems to be incorrect particularly for the value which is greater or equal then 1000
Actually the value is correct, but due to thousand separator "," present in numbers greater than 1000, the value get divided into two column and hence seems to be incorrect
This is due to the thousand separator "," present in numbers greater than 1000. Numbers in a CSV file must be formatted as the localized Excel version await them
The issue is going to be fixed in Contrex
Workaround : edit generated CSV files and change "," to empty string - If your case is not listed above then please contact CAST Technical Support and provide the Relevant input
