Purpose

This page will help you solve problems related to the updating of the CAST AIP Console.

CAST AIP Console is a front end web application which provides a means to configure, run, and manage CAST AIP analyses on multiple analysis machines.

Action Plan
  1. If you are upgrading console and upgraded the keycloak service, you may face issues when connecting to Keycloak, if you have done customization especially related to ports.  Keycloak should not be upgraded during a upgrade as discussed here: Console upgrade
    1. If you have upgraded keycloak and used a custom port, then Change the file <installation location>\AIP-SSO\opt\jboss\keycloak\bin\service\system.properties, and set the correct port offset.  The default is 6 to connect to port 8086 and for example if you were using port 8095 then the offset would be 15.
  2. Select the section you are interested in.
  3. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input for CAST Technical Support to reproduce the issue.
