Purpose

This page will help you solve problems related to the configuration and operation of the CAST AIP Console.

CAST AIP Console is a front end web application which provides a means to configure, run, and manage CAST AIP analyses on multiple analysis machines.

Action Plan
  1. If your imaging configuration was using https, was working after your initial configuration, and now it is not anymore and you are getting a message like 'Bad Imaging Access Configuration', check your certificates for validity. 
    1. If you have recently changed your certificates, make sure that you have put the new certificates (and possibly new intermediate and root certificates) in all the appropriate keystores (console keystore, node keystore, and imaging keystore, if all three are configured)

  3. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input for CAST Technical Support to reproduce the issue.
