Creating a Delivery Group

You need to create delivery groups based on server OS. The delivery group can deliver both hosted shared desktops and applications. Before creating the Delivery Group, you need to ensure that a Machine Catalog is created in the machine.

  • Click Next.

  • Select the Server machine catalog that we have created in the previous chapter, choose "1" and Click Next.

  • Select "Desktop and applications" as delivery type and click next. Note: you can also choose "Applications" This will allow you to publish apps only.

  • Click Add.

  • Type "POC" and click Check Name.

  • Assign the user group "CAST" from Active Directory with permission to use this delivery group and click OK.

  • Then, click Next.

  • Do not select any applications now, just click Next.

  • Accept defaults and use the automatically created StoreFront Store and click Next.

  • Enter Delivery Group and display Name as "Cast Software" and click Finish.
