Create a report on flagged and locked objects
This application enables you to run a specific one shot report to find out which objects stored in the Knowledge Base are either Flagged or Locked.
To do so:
- Click Help then select Objects Information from the drop down menu
- Select either Flagged Objects or Locked Objects as appropriate
According to your choice, a specific query is then run on the entire Knowledge Base. Any objects that fulfil either criteria will be returned by the server and displayed in a proprietary report:
Display
You can change the "look" of the report that is produced by selecting a different style sheet in the Report Option tab.
Export as XML file
You can export the report to an .XML file for future use. Click the Export as XML file button in the bottom left hand corner of the dialog box. A standard Windows Save As dialog box will be launched. Choose a location and click Save.
