Description of the action performed
  File > New > New Graphical View As below
  File > New > New Graphical View Enables you to launch a new Graphical View and define the contents of the Object Browser window.

If you have more than one server connection open, the Existing Connections dialog box will be launched first - select the connection you require.

    File > New > New Domain View It opens a blank Graphical View with an associated Object Browser window enabling you to create a view from the objects displayed in the Domain Browser.

  File > New > Sub Graphical View Enables you to launch a new Graphical View using the same Object Browser window as used for your initial Graphical View.

This is NOT the same as opening a new Graphical View using the File > New > New View option as indicated above.

  File > Open > Open View As below
  File > Open > Open View Enables you to open a Graphical View that you have previously saved. The Open dialog box will be launched.

If you have more than one server connection open, the Existing Connections dialog box will be launched first - select the connection you require.

  File > Save
 File > Save As
Enables you to save your Graphical View and store it as a model (a saved Graphical view) in the Knowledge Base you are currently connected to.

The Save dialog box will be launched so that you can define a name for the view you want to Save.

  File > Print Prints the active document.
    File > Global Print Launches the Global Print dialog box enabling you to specify how you want to print your Graphical View.
